Where do you deliver ?

We deliver everywhere in Belgium with additional transport costs outside of Brussels, Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant.

Do you set up and take down the machine ?

Indeed, our technicians deliver, install and dismantle the machine. There is no pick up point or installation by you.

Is there a deposit required ?

Yes, for each rental, there is a 250€ security deposit to be handed over to our technicians. You recover the sum after finding that the machine is working properly.

Can the photobooth be placed outside ?

Yes it can be placed outside as long as it is not raining or there is no humidity and it is not exposed to direct sunlight.

What power source is needed to connect the box ?

A simple socket (16A) is enough.

Is an Internet connection necessary for the proper functioning of the box ?

A connection to the Wi-Fi network is not necessary to make the machine work UNLESS you want instant sharing of photos on social media or by email.

How many impressions are provided ?

  • If you book the Starter Box, there are no prints included. You get all the digital photos.
  • In the Premium Box, there are 200 impressions provided.
  • In the Deluxe Box, there are 400 prints provided.

What are the possible print formats ?

There are 2 sizes: 5x15 and 10x15. The 5x15 formats are strips and they are automatically printed in duplicate. So if you have 200 prints in your package, you will get 400 papers but 200 unique. 10x15 sizes print once. They can both be printed horizontally or vertically.

How customizable are the prints ?

EVERYTHING is infinitely customizable. The design is up to you, we make it, modify it and define it together. In terms of shots, you can have from 1 to 4 maximum per print. In general, what is done the most is 1 large shot for the 10x15 format and 3 small ones for the 5x15 format. But the choice is yours !

Can we have different formats ?

Indeed, you can mix and combine different formats for the same event, it is even recommended because it makes more memories and more fun !

What should I do in case of a technical problem during my event ?

We can be reached 24/7 to help you on the phone in case of a breakdown (paper jam, software blockage, etc.), most of the time a breakdown can be resolved very easily. If the problem is not solved, our technicians will come to the rescue !

What do we do when there is no more paper ?

You can continue to take photos without printing them. You will receive all the digital photos after your event.
